Taranis Engineering's professional project management team ensures that all contracts are delivered successfully, satisfying time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
Each project manager is governed by our internal quality assurance protocol (ISO 9001 & 14001), ensuring that the high standard of installation is being maintained by our quality management system. This ensures that the same high-quality installation of the project is in line with Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations.
Our project managers adopt a planned, organised and controlled approach to deliver your project on cost and on schedule, whilst maintaining quality and environmental performance.
Each contract is assigned a dedicated project manager who will be the primary point of contact. The contracts are managed proactively to ensure your requirements and objectives are understood, clearly defined and met in full.

Taranis Engineering were approached by 21st Century Building Services for the first time to tender for the Cat A works. We were successful and this quickly turned into the full design and build works for a tenant who wanted to move into the building immediately. We provided a full mechanical installation comprising of multiple Air Conditioning Systems, new Air Handling Units, and a reformatting of the water services across the property.
Bridge House
Taranis Engineering worked alongside Lancer Scott to develop the design of M&E systems to be installed within the Bridge House project refurbishment. The project had existing tenants that remained in place throughout the project and a number of specific requirements due to the building's city centre location. Within our design, we also aimed to achieve very good BREEAM credits to ensure the consultants' and clients’ requirements were achieved in good time.
